Terms of Service

A preorder is a reservation for a future unit of the Product. Placing a preorder does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Estimated ship dates (such as December 31, 2026 for the first batch) are our best-effort projections based on current production plans and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or other factors outside our control. We will notify preorder customers of material changes to the estimated ship date.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be disclosed prior to checkout where applicable. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

You may cancel your preorder and request a full refund at any time before your order ships. To request a cancellation, contact us using the information below. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns policy (to be published prior to shipment) applies.

Because the Product is under active development, final hardware, firmware, packaging, and included accessories may differ from preliminary marketing materials shown on this site. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to preorder customers before shipment.

The mimiclaw.io site, its content, and associated trademarks are the property of MemoV, Inc. or its licensors. Software components of the Product that are released under an open-source license remain governed by that license’s terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing it using automated means to scrape or overload it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The site and, until shipment, the Product are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. A limited hardware warranty applicable to shipped units will be provided at the time of shipment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoV, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or your preorder, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your preorder.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
